To Expand a Teacher Leadership Network Across Our State.
It Isn't a Conference ~ It's a Community!

“The Kansas LEADs (Linking Educators Across Districts) conference is designed and led by educators from across our state. We want to bring amazing educators together from across Kansas to engage, empower, and energize our work! Teachers are the experts we need, and we want to bring you to the table to share. Together we can move our schools and districts forward and “lead the world in the success of each student.“
Why Kansas LEADS?
Kansas educators are passionate and dedicated teachers who have rare opportunities to communicate and collaborate with other educators across the state. Though there are digital networks and professional organizations supporting these connections, finding the opportunity to connect teachers from all regions is challenging.

Our goal is for teachers to return to their schools and districts inspired and empowered to grow, collaborate, and lead in ways that strengthen the teaching profession and improve student outcomes. How teachers choose to put these new skills to work will vary. Ultimately, the goal of Kansas LEADS is to help teacher leaders grow, collaborate, and lead.
